Delivered and installed major household appliances. Scheduled delivery times with the customer. Pulled stock for delivery. Driving a box truck. Daily and weekly written reports of delays, consumable stock levels, returned and damaged items and hours worked of team members.

Computer Repair Technician (April 2001 – September 2004)

Owner and head computer repair technician.  Outside sales of physical products and services. Managed and scheduled 2 employees for out calls. Daily routines of operating a successful business including budgeting business finances, inventory and cleaning.

Computer Repair Technician (November 1999 – April 2001)

Computer troubleshooting and repair.  Taking repair orders from customers. Keeping a clean and organized work area.  Day to day cleaning of customer lobby and bathroom.
